Free consultation
First of all we schedule a free consultation. We will talk about your situation and wishlist and about what we do as a buying agent. For us, the most important thing is that you make the right choices in your search and that you ultimately become happy in your new home. We will also answer any questions you may have and explain to you how we work.
Market research
Following our conversation, we conduct a short market scan to see where the opportunities lie. Whether you already know exactly what you want or if you are still exploring, we want to create a realistic picture of the possibilities.
Moment of choice
Now it is time to make a choice between one of our packages. The main question is: do you always want someone to be present at the viewings or only if it’s a really interesting house for you? Following our conversation we will indicate what package we think is the best fit. The choice is ultimately yours!
Start collaboration
Let’s get started! First, we ensure that you get access to the Copaan system so that you receive all the new offers directly in your mailbox. We create a WhatsApp group so that we can easily communicate with each other. If there is already a interesting house on the market we will plan a visit if possible. Otherwise we wait for a nice house to be listed!
